Q: How can you offer such deep discounts?
A: Units that are vacant 60 or fewer days in advance get deeply discounted by the resort's management company.
 
Q: Do I have to attend a presentation or timeshare sales meeting to get this price?
A: Absolutely not. Many resorts invite visiting guests to presentations, but you'll never be required to attend.
 
Q: How often do your listings and prices update?
A: Once per week. Check back often or sign up for our last-minute vacation rental mailing list to receive notices directly to your inbox.
 
Q: I signed up for the mailing list but have not received any emails. Why not?
A: This happens when there are no properties that match the criteria you selected for your emails. You can update your settings to broaden your results.
 
Q: I booked a reservation and the price went down. Why? Can I get a price adjustment?
A: As rental dates near, the prices drop, but so does availability. The rate you paid guaranteed your unit at that time and unfortunately cannot be refunded or adjusted.
 
Q: Will the rental I want get cheaper if I keep waiting to reserve it?
A: It may, but you run the risk of the property selling out.
 
Q: Do I have to provide a deposit or credit card a checkin?
A: Yes. Credit card deposits are required - just like a hotel - with the exception of the Kamaole Sands, which requires a $200 security key deposit at tiime of booking.
 
Q: What's the reservation process?
A: We book you as a guest with a management company who assigns the available unit to you. Three days prior to your arrival, your information is forwarded to your destination.
 
Q: I looked on the property website and they show no units available. How do you have them?
A: Not all of the units in a resort are handled the same way and timeshares are often blocked out.
 
Q: When is payment due?
A: Full payment is due at the time you reserve your unit and is non-refundable.
 
Q: Why is payment non-refundable?
A: To guarantee your reservation, we pay the management company the full amount of your rental on your behalf. They do not allow changes or cancellations.
 
Q: What methods of payment to you accept?

Q: I own a timeshare, condo or small hotel - Do you list rentals for individual owners?
A: We address these on a case-by-case basis. Fill out our contact form and provide as much information as possible. We'll respond within 24 hours with a final decision on your listing.
